Being the observer in everyday life means that:
- we can pause before reacting to an external event or emotion and instead choose an action more aligned
- we are able to start looking for those golden nuggets (my new fav metaphor that means doing the inner work) which is necessary for our well-being and manifestations
- we can create any kind of art thanks to that pause and/ or another perspective
